Peter Huss
Peter Huss is a clinical social worker and psychotherapist in the private practice he founded, Awasha Counseling of Spokane. He has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Washington, and a master’s degree in social work from Boise State University. In his decade of psychotherapy work, he has focused on empowering individuals on their journey to mental health recovery. He has worked with at-risk young people and their families, including foster and refugee children. He collaborates with healthcare professionals to provide a holistic approach to mental wellness. Peter, who grew up in Spokane, has been married to Nour Bagdadi Huss for five years.
